A lovely small pine cupboard dating from the early 20th Century. It has two panelled doors, flanked by turned columns, which opens to a shelved interior. It has a nicely shaped raised gallery around the top and it stands on a shaped plinth. It is a nice small size, great for a bedside table or a small bathroom cupboard.
It is in good condition and the pine has a nice warm colour. It has been cleaned and has a smooth waxed finish, retaining its lovely aged patina. The interior is generally clean and tidy. There are some signs of age and use, some minor marks and knocks here and there but nothing detrimental. It has suffered from worm at some point and there are a few old holes but we are satisfied it is historic and have treated it as a precaution. Overall it displays very nicely and is ready for use.
