Terms & Conditions
Our Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and they do not affect your statutory rights.
AVAILABILITY
The vast majority of our items are bespoke and unique, therefore items appearing on the website might no longer be available and we reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time, even after an order has been placed. We will contact you as soon as possible in the event of your ordering an unavailable item.
PRICING
All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of the item plus delivery charge. All item prices are exclusive of P&P and include any applicable taxes. The P&P charge for each item is clearly indicated at checkout and is added on to the price when the items are ordered.
We try to ensure all prices on our website are correct and up to date at all times. However it can be the case that prices are incorrect or have changed without notice. In the event that a price is incorrect we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale and cancel your order.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Debit Card or Credit Card which is processed using Stripe. We also accept Paypal. If you are unable to use these methods please contact us to arrange payment by Bank Transfer or over the phone. Goods remain the property of In A Nutshell Antiques & Interiors Ltd until payment has been received in full.
DELIVERY
The charges for delivery will be determined at the time of order. We aim to dispatch all items, except large pieces of furniture, within 2 days of your order being accepted, and payment being received and authorised. We use Royal Mail and other reputable delivery services for our orders. In the unlikely event of an item being delivered damaged, please let us know within 48 hours using the email address or telephone provided.
For furniture and other larger items the goods will be delivered by a furniture delivery specialist at a mutually convenient time. You will be contacted by us to arrange delivery shortly after your order has been accepted, and payment has been received and authorised. We provide a free delivery service within 10 miles of Ashburton, Devon for orders over £100.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on vintage condition items unless damage is proven to have happened during delivery. We do not refund items which have been damaged by yourself during unpacking or re-cleaning. To enable a refund to take place for an item damaged during delivery, the customer is responsible for informing us of the item damaged within 48 hours of delivery. The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us and the customer will pay for that postage.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOGRAPHS
We take great care to ensure all descriptions on the website are correct, and that any marks or damage that are above and beyond normal wear and tear are included in the item description. Return claims based on deviances between the item description and actual item will not be accepted. If you are unsure of any aspect of an item please contact us prior to purchase for more information. All sizes and measurements are approximate. We make every effort that images match the relevant item as closely as possible but the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers can cause colour depiction to deviate from the actual item.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
