A very useful stripped pine sideboard dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. There are 3 drawers, each with turned knobs and to the right of the drawers is a cupboard with a panelled door which opens to reveal a shelved interior. It stands on turned bun feet. The drawers open smoothly and the drawers and cupboards are generally clean and tidy inside with a couple of old stains.
It is in good condition and the pine has a lovely warm colour. It has been gently cleaned and has a smooth waxed finish, retaining its lovely aged patina. There are signs of age and use, some minor marks here and there and a few small knocks, shrinkage splits and old repairs but nothing untoward or detrimental. Overall it displays very nicely and is ready for use.
