A lovely small stripped pine cupboard dating from the early 20th Century. It has a small drawer above a panelled cupboard door which opens to a shelved interior. Both have turned wooden knobs. It stands on small bracket feet and has a metal catch on the door.
It is in good condition and the pine has a nice warm colour. It has been cleaned and has a smooth waxed finish, retaining its lovely aged patina. The interior is generally clean and tidy. There are some signs of age and use, some minor marks and knocks here and there and some old repairs but nothing detrimental. It has suffered from worm at some point and there are various old holes (see photos) but we are satisfied it is historic and have treated it as a precaution. Overall it displays very nicely and is ready for use.
