Lovely push along toy manufactured by Lines Bros (Triang) in the mid 20th Century. The dog is made of mohair and sits on a steel frame with with rubber wheels. The wheels are stamped " L.B Ltd. Tri-ang. Made in England"
He is in excellent original condition and is a sturdy piece. He has been well used over the years but clearly well loved and looked after and he has just the right amount of wear to give him a lovely honest look. The fur on his back and the top of his head is worn where he has been stroked and patted and there is some rubbing on the metal frame, particularly on the top of the handle. The wheels are all original and he has the original label stitched to the underneath of his belly which reads "Made in Northern Ireland by Pedigree Soft Toys Ltd. Steel Frame. Mohair Mixture Plush. Wood Wool Filling."

He is not new so please don't expect him to look new! He has lived a life and is a fantastic decorative piece of history. There are signs of wear commensurate with age but nothing that I feel detracts from the overall piece, in fact I think any wear enhances the look!
