Fantastic vintage portable Gramophone manufactured by HMV during the mid 1930s. It is in a rare green colour that displays beautifully. I've played a few records on it and it seems to be in good working order, producing a very pleasing sound.
It is in excellent condition. The arm and turntable move freely and the plating is bright and clean. The felt covering on the turntable is in good condition. It has the original side-wind handle and being a deluxe model it has an automated stop/start. It includes single hand lid operation and a pivoted needle bowl in the corner of the player. It also comes with its original key.
Below the turntable is a plaque which reads : "Model 102. Quote No.102063435 in Correspondence Concerning this Machine."
The green case is in good condition. It has its original carrying handle and the plating is bright. There are some signs of wear here and there and a few light scratches that show its age and use but nothing major and the player displays beautifully.
