A lovely example of a carved giltwood table lamp, dating from the early to mid 20th century. It is made of wood with a classical design and carved foliate with fluted detail. It has been rewired to modern standards to take a standard bayonet bulb.
The lamp is in excellent condition with some minor signs of age and wear but nothing detrimental. It is strong and sturdy and displays beautifully. The shade and bulb are not included.
