A good quality set of shelves dating from the mid to late 19th century. They have small bun feet to allow them to sit on the floor or on top of another piece of furniture and there are also brackets to wall hang them as well. They are made from walnut with elegant turned supports and turned finials.
They are in good condition for their age and are a good quality piece with lovely rich timbers. There are signs of age and use, some minor marks and light scratches on the surfaces but there are no major damages and they have a nice patina. They have been cleaned and gently polished and are ready for use.
