A fine example of a Victorian Sterling Silver toast rack. It is a stylish good quality piece, weighing approximately 90g and stands on four bun feet. It is clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1896 and the makers William Hutton & Sons Ltd.
It is in very good condition. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and minor dinks on the hoops but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished is ready for use.
