Product Details

A good example of a small solid silver tray with all over ornate repousse design and a raised scalloped edge, most likely used on a dressing table. It has a central oval cartouche which has not been engraved. It is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 70g.

It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1896 and the maker William Gibson.

It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks here and there and a few small dinks around the edge but no major damages and it displays beautifully. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.

Approximate Measurements:

Length : 8" (20cm)
