A good example of a solid Sterling Silver pepper shaker. It is a stylish and good quality piece on a square foot. It weighs approximately 43g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1898 and the maker Thomas Hayes.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and minor dinks but nothing detrimental and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
