A good example of an antique Sterling Silver milk or cream jug with unusual heart shaped decoration. The jug is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 70g.
It is hallmarked for Sheffield, 1898. The maker's mark is slightly rubbed but believed to be for George Wish.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks, small dinks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
