A large Victorian farmhouse table dating from the late 19th Century. It has a thick planked pine top and stands on turned legs with a single drawer. It has a lovely warm colour and nice aged patina.
It is a good size and wide, big enough to seat 6 comfortably. It is a good height to sit at with ample leg clearance of 24 1/4" (62cm) on three sides and 23 1/4" (59cm) at the drawer end.
There are various signs of age and use, some marks and stains on the top surface, some old splits and some old repairs which have all helped create a wonderful patina. There are no major damages or anything detrimental and the table is strong and sturdy. It has been cleaned and lightly waxed and is ready for use.
