A lovely mahogany wine table dating from the mid 19th Century. It is a small elegant piece with a circular dished top set on a turned support. It has a tripod base with three beautifully carved lions paw feet below.
It is in good condition for its age and has a lovely rich colour and patina. There are signs of age and use and some minor marks on the top surface and some general light knocks around the base but nothing detrimental. At some point there has been a break in the column but it has been repaired almost invisibly and the table is strong and sturdy. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
