A good quality three-tier mahogany whatnot dating from the mid 19th century. It has elegant turned supports with turned finials and a single drawer in the base. It stands on its original brass castors.
It is in good condition for its age and is a good quality piece with lovely rich timbers. There are signs of age and use, some marks and stains on the surfaces and some light surface scratches but no major damages and it has a nice aged patina. There has been an old repair to a split on one shelf but it is strong and sturdy. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
