A superb mahogany Linen Press dating from the mid to late 19th Century. It has two nicely panelled cupboard doors that open to a shelved interior with the original linen slides that pull out. This sits atop two short and two long drawers with the original turned knobs on square plinth.
It is in excellent original condition and superb quality. The interior is clean and tidy and the drawers run smoothly. All the knobs are original and the mahogany has a wonderful rich patination and there are no major damages to the exterior. There have been some minor repairs of the veneer in places and some minor chips around the edges but nothing detrimental. There are some old marks on the sides where perhaps some hooks have been attached but it isn't detrimental. It comes with its original working key for the cupboard doors.
