A small mahogany chest of drawers dating from the mid 19th Century. They are excellent quality and very well made with a lovely rich patina. The drawers have their original turned wooden knobs and it stands on its original turned bun feet.
It is in excellent condition for its age. The drawers open well and are generally clean and tidy inside. There are of course some signs of age and use, some minor old marks and knocks, a small chip on the back corner and a couple of old repairs but nothing untoward or detrimental. The back is clean and sturdy.
