Product Details

A superb miniature chest of drawers, dating from the late 19th Century. It has two drawers each with their original turned knobs and an upstand with a small shelf and decorative roundel. The whole piece stands on small turned bun feet. It is a charming piece and was most likely made by an apprentice and is very good quality with a nicely polished finish and hand-cut dovetail joints.

It is in good original condition and has a wonderful patina. The drawers are clean and tidy and all open smoothly. There are some general signs of age and use and minor marks but nothing detrimental and overall it displays very well.
