A good example of a silver mounted leather wallet by Finnigans of Manchester. The wallet itself is made from the finest brown crocodile leather with silver mounted corner pieces. It closes on a press catch and has two internal sections.
The silver corners are clearly hallmarked for London, 1901, Julian Coppo & Co.
It is in good condition for its age. It has been well used and there is some wear and minor losses to the leather including and a couple of old repairs but overall it displays very well with a nice aged patina. The interior is clean and tidy and the silver corners are in good order. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
