Good example of an antique cast iron boot scraper dating from the late 19th Century. Well made and a very decorative piece with a wonderful weathered patina with layers of lichen and moss.
It is in good original condition. It is strong and sturdy and will withstand plenty of use. There are no major damages, just a small piece of decoration missing on one side (see photo).
