A beautiful mahogany chest of drawers dating from the mid 19th Century. They are excellent quality and very well made with a lovely rich patina. The drawers have their original turned wooden knobs and it stands on its original turned bun feet.
It is in excellent condition for its age and the mahogany has a lovely mellow patina. The drawers open well and are generally clean and tidy inside. There are the usual small signs of wear, some minor old marks and some small repairs to chips around the drawers but nothing untoward or detrimental. The back is clean and sturdy.
