A lovely small pine chest of drawers dating from early 20th Century. The pine has a lovely mellow colour and a smooth waxed finish. Each drawer has turned wooden knobs, brass escutcheons and it stands on bracket feet. It is a nice small size whilst still offering plenty of storage.
It is in good condition for its age. Each drawer is generally clean and tidy and opens and closes smoothly. The knobs are not original but suit the piece well. There are some signs of age and use with light surface marks, minor knocks and a few old repairs but nothing detrimental. They have been cleaned and given a light polish and are ready for use.
