A lovely set of 6 silver tea or coffee spoons in their original box. They are excellent quality with a 17th century seal style design with round bowls and square tips to the handles. The total weight of silver is approximately 47g.
Each spoon is fully hallmarked for Fry & Wigfull, Sheffield, 1960.
They are in good condition with clear hallmarks. There are some faint surface marks but no major damages and they display beautifully. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
The set comes in its original silk and velvet lined box, with fitted sections to hold each spoon. The outside of the box is covered in a dark green material with a gilt edge and a metal catch to keep it closed. The box is in good condition and the interior is very clean and tidy. There are a few minor marks and scuffs but nothing detrimental.
