A good quality set of 6 solid silver miniature tankards in their original fitted box. Each one is hallmarked for Birmingham 1925/6 and the maker Alexander Clark. The hallmarks are slightly rubbed on some but still readable. The total weight of silver is approximately 173g.
They are all in very good condition. There are some minor signs of age and use and there are some faint surface marks but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
The red case is excellent quality with a silk lining and fitted velvet base and the maker's name is inside the lid. The outer of the case is not without some signs of age and knocks and scuffs around the edges but overall it displays well.
