A lovely set of 6 antique Sterling Silver grapefruit spoons with distinctive pointed ends for cutting through and scooping the grapefruit. They are well made from heavy gauge silver and good quality, weighing approximately 162g in total and measuring approximately 5 1/2" (14cm) long.
The spoons are fully hallmarked for Elkington & Co, Birmingham, 1937
They are in excellent condition with clear hallmarks. There are no major damages and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
