A lovely set of 6 antique silver cake forks in their original fitted box. They are good quality pieces, weighing approximately 63g in total.
Each fork is fully hallmarked for AJ Bailey, Birmingham, 1931.
They are in good condition with clear hallmarks. There are no major damages and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
The set comes in its original silk and velvet lined box, with fitted sections to hold each fork. The outside of the box is covered in a black material with a gilt edge and it has a metal catch to keep it closed. The box is in good condition for its age but it does have some minor marks, scuffs and losses around the edges but nothing detrimental and the interior is clean and tidy.
