A lovely rosewood pedestal table dating from the early 19th century. It has an inset marble top surrounded by a beautifully figured rosewood border. It stands on an octagonal column with a triform base and flat bun feet.
It is in good condition for its age with a lovely rich patina. It is strong and sturdy with no major damages.There have been some repairs to the veneer around the marble but it still displays well. There are some signs of age and use, small minor knocks and marks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
