A good Regency rosewood tilt-top breakfast table. The beautifully figured rosewood top sits on a large tapering column and a triform base with scrolling feet and castors below. It is a good size as a centre table but would also comfortably seat 4-5 as a dining table.
It is in very good condition and is strong and sturdy with a good level top. It has been repolished to retain its beautiful patina and any white marks in the photos are just reflections. There are of course some signs of age and use around the base, some knocks and marks and some repairs to old chips but nothing untoward or detrimental and it displays well.
