A lovely farmhouse style coffee table made from repurposing an 18th Century oak coffer lid on a bespoke steel base. The thick planked top has a wonderful patina and the metal base has been painted a subtle matt black so as not to look out of place.
It is a sturdy construction and the top is solidly fixed to the base but can be removed if necessary.
The coffee table has a lot of character and there are many old surface marks and signs of age and use on the top but no major damages or anything detrimental.
