A charming pair of 19th Century Staffordshire figures, modelled as Queen Victoria with a baby and her husband Prince Albert. They are both seated and Queen Victoria is wearing a crown. They are good examples and well modelled with raised detailing and hand painted gilt decoration.
The figures are in good condition for their age. There are no major damages and the colours have remained bright and vibrant. There are typical minor flaws, small knocks and wear to the gilding and some crazing in the glaze but overall they display very nicely.
