Product Details

A fine example of a pair of small Georgian Sterling Silver ladles. They have beautiful shell shaped scalloped bowls and a pretty dotted border around the handles. The ends of the handles are engraved with initials that look like 'JJ'. They are excellent quality and weigh approximately 101g.

They measure approximately 7" (18cm) long and the bowls are 2" (5cm) wide.

They are fully hallmarked for London, 1783 and the maker Richard Crossley.

They are in excellent condition with very clear hallmarks. There are no major damages and they displays beautifully. There are some faint surface scratches and a few light marks and dinks but nothing detrimental. They have been gently cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
