A large mahogany document box standing on bracket feet with brass carrying handles and its original working key. A good quality piece with a chamfered top panel and a lovely patina.
It is in good condition. There are some signs of age and use, some light surface marks and knocks but nothing detrimental and the interior is generally clean and tidy. It has been cleaned and lightly polished and is ready for use.
