A lovely Victorian farmhouse table dating from the late 19th Century. It has a pine planked top and stands on turned legs with a single drawer. The legs have the original dark painted finish and the pine top has a lovely warm colour and nice aged patina.
It is a good size, big enough to seat 6-8 comfortably, and a good height to sit at with leg clearance of 23 3/4" (60.5cm) and 23" (58cm) under the drawer.
There are various signs of age and use, some marks and knocks and old splits on the top but nothing detrimental or untoward. There have been some old repairs and the lining of the drawer has been replaced but overall the table is in good condition and is strong and sturdy. It has been cleaned and lightly waxed and is ready for use.
