A large antique footstool dating from the late 19th / early 20th century. The stool is excellent quality with carved mahogany legs and ball and claw feet. It has a firm upholstered seat covered in a good quality fabric with a pretty needlepoint effect design. The upholstery is generally clean and tidy with a few minor marks but nothing detrimental and is perfectly usable as it is or could be recovered.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. There are signs of age and use but no major damages and the legs have a nice aged patina.
