A good example of a large solid sterling silver bowl. It is stylish and good quality with four raised Art Deco style motifs on the rim, a narrow waist and a rounded foot.
It is clearly hallmarked for Chester, 1939, S.Blanckensee & Son and it weighs approximately 256g.
It is in very good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks, minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
