Superb antique pestle and mortar with a large turned wooden bowl and double ended pestle. It has been well used and developed a beautiful rich patina through years of use. It is in good solid order with no major damages. There are some small minor splits around the rim of the bowl and there is also a split in the end of the pestle but it isn't detrimental and certainly doesn't detract from what is a beautiful item.
