A lovely early 20th Century mahogany framed terrarium with a pitched roof and all its original glass panels. The lid is hinged and the front section lifts up. There are mesh lined vents at either end of the roof to help keep the terrarium fresh and well ventilated. The base is zinc lined and has been painted white.

It is in good condition for its age and there are no damages to any of the glass panels. The interior is generally clean and tidy. The wood has a nice aged patina and the whole piece is strong and sturdy. There have been some areas which have been repaired with wood filler at some point (see photo) but overall it displays very nicely.
