A fine example of a large solid silver bowl / basket. It has a swing handle and an ornate scallop shaped rim standing on a round foot. It is excellent quality and weighs approximately 345g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1924 and the maker Cooper Bros.
It is in excellent condition for its age. There are a few minor surface marks but no major damages and it displays beautifully. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
