A good example of a large antique copper cooking pot dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. It has a maker's stamp for "C.Buckley - Maker - Warwick" .
It is good quality and all hand made with two iron handles and a copper lid. Perfect size for storing kindling beside a fire.
It is in good original condition and displays well. There are signs of age and use, some dents, dinks and surface marks but nothing untoward. There is a small repair to the bottom (see photo) but otherwise no major damages. It has been lightly cleaned and polished to retain its wonderful aged patina and is ready for use.
