Good example of a large antique copper cooking pot dating from the late 19th Century. It is good quality and all hand forged with two blacksmith-made iron handles and a copper lid. Perfect size for storing kindling beside a fire.
It is in good original condition and displays well. There are signs of age and use, some dents, dinks and surface marks but nothing untoward. There is a very small split visible from the inside (see photo) but otherwise no major damages. It has been lightly cleaned and polished to retain its wonderful aged patina and is ready for use.
Approximate Measurements :

Height including lid : 14" (36cm)
Width : 14" (36cm)
