An original floor standing Anglepoise lamp designed by Herbert Terry in the 1930s/1940s. It has an adjustable articulated stem with sprung joints allowing for it to be manipulated into a variety of positions. It stands on a weighted base with four wheels. The paint is original and it has its original shade.
The lamp is in excellent original condition. There are signs of use and wear around the base and some small marks around the rest of the lamp and some minor dinks in the shade but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned, re-wired and PAT tested and is ready for use.
