A fine example of a large Georgian Sterling Silver serving spoon. It is superb quality and is made from a good heavy gauge silver, weighing approximately 102g.
It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1834 and the maker William Eaton.
It is in excellent condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are a few light marks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
