A good quality Sterling Silver mug or cup with a bulbous body and an elegant curved handle. It has ornate repousse floral decoration around a central cartouche. It weighs approximately 148g.
It is hallmarked for London, 1825. The maker's mark looks like R.P but it is slightly rubbed and not fully distinguishable.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks, minor dinks and light signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
