A charming country oak side table with single drawer dating from the early 19th Century. It has a planked top and stands on narrow chamfered legs. The drawer has brass drop handles.
It is in good original condition and the oak has mellowed to give a wonderful warm patina. It is strong and sturdy and the drawer opens well. There are normal signs of age but no major damages and it is a good honest little table. There are various old marks and stains on the top surface which have all added to its patina. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
