A lovely oak floor standing corner cupboard dating from the late 18th / early 19th century. It has two panelled doors which open to a shelved interior with four nicely shaped shelves. It is a good quality piece with a mahogany banded border around the top and a small turned knob on the door. It also comes with a working key.
It is in good condition with a lovely mellow patina. There are signs of age and use, some small knocks, minor marks and a couple of small losses but nothing detrimental or untoward. The interior is generally clean and tidy with a few minor old marks. There is some historic worm in the base and some in the backboards which has all been treated as a precaution. The cupboard has been cleaned and lightly polished and is ready for use.
