A lovely mahogany side table dating from the late 18th / early 19th Century. It stands on tapering square legs with Chippendale style carved fretwork corner supports. It has a single long drawer with brass knobs. Perfect size for a side table or a small writing desk.
It is in very good condition for its age with a beautiful rich patina. The drawer opens well and is generally clean and tidy inside. There are signs of age and use, some old marks and a small old stain on the top surface and some light knocks and marks around the legs but nothing detrimental or untoward. It is strong and sturdy and it has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
