A lovely small elm hanging corner cupboard dating from the early 19th century. The shelves are beautifully shaped and it has a glazed door with a small brass handle and closing latch. It has a moulded plinth and attractive reeded detail to the sides of the door. The interior has been painted cream at some point in its life.
It is in good condition with a nice mellow patina. There are signs of age and use, some small knocks and minor marks but nothing detrimental. There are signs of old woodworm in the backboards which has all been treated as a precaution. It has been cleaned and lightly polished and is ready for use.
