A good Georgian mahogany side table dating from the late 18th / early 19th Century. It has a single long drawer with brass drop handles. The drawer is oak lined and is divided internally into two halves. It is a good quality piece standing on square chamfered legs and the top has a nice moulded edge.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well with a nice rich colour. There have been some historic repairs to the top of the legs and an old split on the front of the drawers but the table is strong and sturdy. The drawer handles are not original but do suit the piece well. There are signs of age and use, some minor surface marks and stains and light knocks around the legs but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
