Product Details
A good example of an 18th Century solid Sterling silver serving spoon. It is a simple plain design and is engraved on the reverse of the handle "E.V. 1750". It is a good quality piece and weighs approximately 57g.
It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1750 and the maker Thomas Whipham.
It is in very good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface scratches and a few light marks and a small dink near the end of the bowl but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
