A decorative mid 20th century advertising sign for the General Accident Corporation. Shield shaped with a raised armorial crest in the centre. Maker's label to the reverse for "Carleton Russell". It appears to be made from Plaster of Paris and has a metal hanging chain.
It is in good original condition. There are some minor signs of age and wear, some small knocks and losses but nothing detrimental and it displays well.
